I just saw the idiocy that stopped by your page. Asshats the lot of them . The best course of action is to hide the comment, block the user, and report the user. Hide, block, report. Idiots like Bojangles are trolls and they thrive on the attention. Don't give that to them. Also, when replying to a comment on a page (including in a thread on the forums), use the reply button underneath the avatar. Otherwise, the user who left the comment won't know you responded.
